PKR.com, the eGaming Review Poker Operator of the Year 2010, is an United Kingdom-based poker website, that uses 3D graphics and player character animation during the game, allowing poker players to play their favourite game in a virtual reality setting.
The poker websites has recently signed a licensing agreement with software provider GTECH G2 to use its range of instant-play miniature and side games. The GTECH G2 games include Triple Chance Hi-Lo, Aces High and Casino Dice, as well as three Bar-X games, several versions of Keno, and a selection of slots.
Malcolm Graham, CEO at PKR, commented: “We’ve found that many poker players enjoy side games as a great way to pass the time when they’re between hands or waiting for a tournament table to fill up. We’re sure that providing top quality instant play, instant win and mini games will increase our customers’ playing time and increase player value.”
“Side games provide a significant revenue stream for both our commercial i-gaming clients and lottery operators that offer games alongside their primary product,” said William Scott, VP Commercial, GTech G2.
“We’ve made a significant investment in developing a catalogue of games and back end systems to integrate them with other igaming products.”
PKR.com has now become one of the 40 top tier operators that offer top-performing instant and mini games, joining: Bwin, Unibet, Betclic, Ladbrokes, Paddy Power, Expekt, Nordicbet, 888, Skybet, Victor Chandler and Betsson.
