The Russian Poker Series Riga gathered 183 players at the Royal Casino & Spa Hotel Resort, in the Latvian capital, Riga.
Alexander Kuperman was the luckiest player who managed to beat all of his opponents, cashing out a prize of €95,468.50 from the total prize pool of €328,393.50.
The Russian Murat Ganeev was Kuperman's heads up opponent in the €1850 + Euro 150 buy-in event. The final action saw Kuperman calling an all-in with A-7. Ganeev revealed his K-10 and scooped the second prize of €59,100.
The next stop for the PokerStars Russian Poker Series will take place between the 31st of October and 7th of November 2010, in Sharm-El-Sheikh, Egypt, with the Grand Final in Kiev planned for the end of November.
