PokerStars and the Spanish Basketball Federation have signed a 12-month sponsorship agreement, just a few months before the 2010 FIBA World Championship was scheduled to take place in Turkey.
In the 2010 FIBA Championship will compete France, Lithuania, Canada, Lebanon, New Zealand, Spain, USA, Argentina. The basketball championship will start on the 28th of August.
PokerStars, one of the most popular poker websites in the world, will hold free-rolls with tickets offered to the world cup games and trainings, and many other promotions.
